It has been quite awhile since i take photos of my kids running around the garden. Yesterday, I wanted to cut hArith’s hair. I only managed to cut a lil’ bit and he heard the brother and sister are playing at the sandpit…zasss he ran to join them. There goes my “saloon” session. After sandpit, all three went jumping about on the trampoline. if uZAir is already good at it..dulu jump cam kaki tak naik jer

uZair balance well on the swing too..

and once he gets the momentum, he even knows that he have to pushes his body back for it to move faster

And yesterday ,we had pendidikan jasmani…hihi

hArith looking up, nak tanduk the ball…besar hajat anak teruna saya

wondering y my kids not wearing their clothes? Notice some paints on their body? Yup tat will be the next activity for Kids In Charge session, finger painting on the grass…

Pyjamas

Haa, knp beria letak gmbar uZAir di pagi hari baru bgn tido ni? Sebabnye…i sew that pants.hihi. Yer, sila jgn gatal tgn click on the photo tuk tgk gmbar besar. kang kantoi segala jahitan yang senget benget itu…hahah

And farnee thing, after i cut the material i notice one side of the pants pattern is the other way round. Well, lets take that as “art” since i didnt want to waste the kain n its part of learning aight…

or we can pretend that you didnt see the other side of the pants, u only see his right leg…

Kebaya goes well for any occasion

Now that i have kids, our weekends are mostly occupied attending birthday parties. I can still remember clearly, last few years i was busy attending wedding on weekends. And this time around while im busy attending birthday parties, its my sister’s turn busy attending weddings. Recently, my sister asked me what should she wear to attend a Chinese Wedding. Mostly people wear dresses aight, but it wasn’t easy to find dresses that cover our aurat. She was desparate for an attire, and time was limited…thanks to the various online shopping we now have in blogsphere. My sister wanted something not too formal yet not too casual, and while blog hoping we came across readymade kebaya. She matched it with pants instead of the usual kain.

Best part of all, takyah sibuk beli kain cari tailor. It is ready to be worn

It save my sister from going around the mall, shop after shop…everything is within the click of internet.

Look at the details of the baju..you wouldnt need any accessories to go along with it. It is simply perfect by itself.

and often that we have problem, dada luas most of the baju. so bile pakai tudung can see our dada…but this is just ideal…no skin expose, hihi

What should I take?

Yes, I’m aware that my USANA testimonials are mostly on bones and joint that others would be wondering what supplement he or she should take for other health reason. I’m just picking up random health problem that are commonly being asked.

  • Essentials, CoQuinone 30 , And Fibergy  / Nutrimeal as meal replacement , Biomega
  • More tofu and less meat.

Reduce or avoid eating read meat. They contain saturated animal fat which elevates your cholesterol level. Instead choose chicken, fish, and turkey which are considered “lean” meats.

-Increase your fiber intake or use a fiber supplement. Studies have shown eating a diet high in fiber will not only reduce high cholesterol naturally, but will also decrease your risk for heart disease.

Playdate with Amir

And recently Amir’s mom text me saying nak amiq gmbar since Amir dah duduk and started crawling. Amir’s grandma is our neighbour and I knew their family ever since my memory could recall.  They came over the other day but weather wasnt tat nice to capture photos, we played indoor and Amir was soo fond with hArith.
